These Terms of Use apply to oasisbuildersms.com and the public information made available through it by Oasis Builders, LLC. By accessing or using the website, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the website.

Informational nature of the website
The website provides general information about Oasis Builders, construction services, service areas, completed work, home-plan resources, and potential available-home opportunities. It is a starting point for a conversation—not architectural, engineering, surveying, financial, insurance, real-estate, or legal advice.
Construction requirements vary by property and jurisdiction. Site conditions, zoning, covenants, flood information, design rights, engineering, permits, material availability, and other factors must be evaluated for the specific project by the appropriate professionals and public authorities.
No construction contract, offer, or guaranteed project term
Submitting a Contact form, calling the company, browsing a plan, or discussing a project does not create a construction contract, reserve a construction date, accept a project, or obligate either party to proceed. A construction relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement signed by the authorized parties.
Website content does not provide a binding price, estimate, allowance, schedule, completion date, financing term, warranty, refund policy, scope of work, or promise that a project is feasible. Those matters, when applicable, must be addressed in project-specific documents. These website terms do not change any signed agreement or replace rights and obligations created by applicable law.
House plans, photographs, and available homes
House plans
The Home Plans collection is provided through Architectural Designs. Oasis Builders does not claim ownership of every third-party plan shown in that collection. Browsing or asking about a plan does not grant permission to copy, modify, purchase, or build it. Plan availability, licensing, pricing, modification services, engineering, and purchase terms are controlled by the plan owner or provider.
Completed work and gallery photographs
Photographs and descriptions show examples of work or visual details for general reference. They do not promise that the same property, design, material, product, floor plan, finish, feature, price, or result is available for another project. Project conditions and customer selections differ.
Available Homes
The Available Homes page may show available, under-construction, coming-soon, or sold information after a listing is approved. “Coming Soon” may also mean that no approved listing is currently published. Availability and details can change and should be confirmed directly with Oasis Builders. A website listing is not a binding offer to sell real property.
Ownership and permitted use
Website content may be owned by Oasis Builders or by its customers, photographers, designers, developers, licensors, or other providers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party house plans, provider content, trademarks, and photographs remain the property of their respective owners.
Visitors may view the website and print or save a reasonable copy of public text for personal, noncommercial evaluation of Oasis Builders services. Visitors may not republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove ownership notices from, create misleading derivative materials from, or use website content to suggest an endorsement without permission from the applicable rights holder. No website image or plan may be used as construction documentation.
Contact-form submissions
A visitor is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the Contact form and should provide only information the visitor has the right to share. Do not submit another person’s confidential information, copyrighted plans or photographs, trade secrets, account credentials, government identifiers, financial details, or malicious code.
Oasis Builders may use a submission to review and respond to the inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy. A submission is not confidential merely because it is sent through the website, and the form should not be used for emergency notices, formal service of legal documents, or time-sensitive contractual notices.

Visitors may not use the website to:

Those resources are provided for convenience or verification. Their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, prices, and services are controlled by the third party, not Oasis Builders.
A link does not by itself mean Oasis Builders endorses every statement, product, or service on the linked site. Visitors should review the third party’s current terms before relying on or purchasing anything from it.
Accuracy, availability, and updates
Oasis Builders aims to keep website information useful and accurate, but content can become outdated and the website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. External records, plan details, property status, service availability, and technical integrations can change independently of Oasis Builders.
