Scope
This policy applies to information handled through oasisbuildersms.com, including the public Contact form and the restricted website-administration area. It does not govern information collected under a separate construction agreement or the independent practices of third-party websites.
Oasis Builders, LLC is the business responsible for deciding how website inquiry information is used. The website is intended to provide information about construction services, project photographs, home plans, and available-home updates, and to help prospective customers contact the company.
Information we handle
Information submitted through the Contact form
The form requires a name, email address, inquiry type, and message. A visitor may also provide a telephone number, preferred contact method, general project location or county, Architectural Designs plan number, available-property reference, and other project details. The website adds limited source-page context so the company can understand what prompted the inquiry.
The form does not request file uploads, payment-card information, financial account details, government identifiers, medical information, or passwords. Visitors should not place sensitive information in the message field.
Technical information used to deliver the website
Netlify hosts and delivers the website. As part of that service, Netlify may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events. Oasis Builders does not use website code to build advertising profiles from that information.
Restricted administration information
The private /admin/ area is for authorized Oasis Builders and website-administration users. Its authentication service processes account email addresses, access roles, login and recovery information, and essential session data. Authorized users may also upload and manage approved website content. Administration data is not collected from ordinary public-site visitors.
How information is used
Oasis Builders uses website inquiry information to:
- review and respond to questions about custom homes, remodeling, construction services, home plans, or available homes;
- contact the person by the method requested, when one is provided;
- understand the property, plan, proposed scope, and next information needed for a project conversation;
- operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and its inquiry workflow;
- maintain appropriate business records and address legal, safety, or dispute-related needs; and
- prevent spam, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Submitting the form does not enroll a visitor in an email newsletter or marketing-message program. The website does not presently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or remarketing tools. Brevo is used only to deliver the requested transactional inquiry notification; the website does not add form submitters to Brevo contact lists or marketing campaigns.
Hosting and service providers
Netlify
The website is hosted on Netlify. For the normal interactive submission path, a Netlify Function validates the inquiry and passes it to Brevo for transactional email delivery. The static form also retains Netlify Forms as a no-JavaScript fallback. A fallback submission may be processed and stored through Netlify Forms, including its spam-filtering features, and may generate the separately configured notification to the approved business mailbox. These paths are mutually exclusive for a single browser submission to avoid duplicate notifications.
Netlify also provides the restricted authentication, server functions, database, and private media-storage services prepared for the website-administration area. Netlify handles information under its applicable service terms and data-processing commitments. Visitors can read Netlify’s privacy statement (opens in a new tab).
Brevo
Brevo processes the name, email address, telephone number and project details supplied with an inquiry as needed to send one transactional notification to the approved Oasis Builders business mailbox. The visitor’s validated email address is used as the Reply-To address so Oasis Builders can respond. The website does not use this integration to subscribe visitors to newsletters or marketing campaigns. Brevo may retain transactional message records under the account configuration and its applicable terms. Visitors can read Brevo’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Authorized website support
Oasis Builders may allow its authorized website administrator to access submissions, account information, logs, or website content when access is reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, back up, or publish the website. Access should be limited to the work being performed.
Other disclosures
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. The website is not configured to sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
Oasis Builders retains inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the project conversation, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational obligations. Those needs vary, so Oasis Builders does not promise one fixed retention period for every submission.
Brevo transactional records, Netlify fallback submissions, notification emails, exports, and backups may have different retention behavior. A verified deletion request will be evaluated across the systems reasonably controlled by Oasis Builders, subject to records that must be kept for legitimate business, security, contractual, or legal reasons.
Security
The website uses measures intended to reduce risk, including HTTPS delivery on the hosted site, form field limits, server-side validation, same-origin checks, rate limiting, a spam honeypot, duplicate-submission protection, restricted administrative access, server-side authorization checks, private draft-media storage, and security headers for administration pages. Access to inquiry and administration information is intended to be limited to authorized people and service providers with a work-related need.
No internet transmission, account, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors can reduce risk by sending only information needed for the inquiry and by not submitting sensitive identifiers or financial information.
External sites
The website links to third-party services and information, including Architectural Designs, Facebook, the Mississippi State Board of Contractors, BBB, and Rouse Innovation. Those organizations operate their own websites and set their own privacy practices. A link does not make Oasis Builders responsible for a third party’s content, security, or handling of information.
Privacy requests and questions
To ask about website information, request a correction, or request deletion of an inquiry, use the Contact form and choose “General Business Inquiry,” or call Oasis Builders at (228) 861-7315. Identify the request as a privacy request and provide enough information to locate the relevant submission. Do not send a copy of a government identifier through the form.
Oasis Builders may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting information. A dedicated public privacy email address has not been approved; the Contact form and confirmed business telephone number are the current request channels.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, form fields, administration features, or information practices change. The date at the top of the page will be revised when material changes are published. Visitors should review the current version before submitting information.
